Important: The AI & Data Digital Audit is a structured advisory evaluation conducted by Diamnova. It is not an official audit, financial audit, legal audit or certification conducted by a licensed auditing firm. The findings and recommendations are based on the information provided by the organization and reflect Diamnova's independent advisory assessment.
Similarly, the AI & Data Due Diligence is an independent strategic advisory evaluation and does not constitute a legal, financial or investment audit conducted by a licensed auditing firm.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payments for Diamnova's services are processed securely via Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to the applicable service terms communicated at the time of purchase.
- The AI & Data Value Assessment ($390) is non-refundable once the questionnaire has been submitted and reviewed.
- The AI & Data Digital Audit (from $999) is non-refundable once the questionnaire has been submitted and the audit process has commenced.
- For custom engagements, refund terms will be specified in the individual engagement agreement.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Diamnova website, including text, design, assessments, frameworks and reports, is the intellectual property of DIAMNOVA. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content without prior written permission.
Assessment and audit reports delivered to clients are for their internal use only and may not be shared publicly or commercially without Diamnova's written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Diamnova's services are advisory in nature. Diamnova provides independent evaluations and recommendations based on the information provided by clients. Diamnova does not guarantee specific business outcomes from implementing its recommendations.
Diamnova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website.
6. Confidentiality
Diamnova treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Information provided during assessments, audits or advisory engagements will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Use Cases and Testimonials
Illustrative use cases and testimonials published on the Diamnova website are anonymized examples. They do not identify specific clients or organizations. Diamnova takes care to protect client confidentiality in all published materials.
8. Governing Law
