2. Nature of Services

Diamnova provides advisory and evaluation services, including:

Free AI & Data Assessment — complimentary diagnostic tool
AI & Data Digital Audit — from $999 per module, $2,200 full audit
AI & Data Transformation Strategy — $15,000–$30,000
Decision Intelligence Architecture — $8,000–$20,000
Executive Advisory Retainer — $2,000–$5,000/month
AI & Data Due Diligence — $10,000–$25,000

Important: The AI & Data Digital Audit is a structured advisory evaluation. It is not an official audit, financial audit, legal audit or certification conducted by a licensed auditing firm. Findings reflect Diamnova's independent advisory assessment based on information provided by the organization.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to the applicable service terms communicated at the time of purchase.

The AI & Data Digital Audit (from $999 per module, $2,200 full audit) is non-refundable once the questionnaire has been submitted and the audit process has commenced.
For custom engagements, refund terms are specified in the individual engagement agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Diamnova website — including text, design, assessments, frameworks and reports — is the intellectual property of DIAMNOVA. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content without prior written permission. Assessment and audit reports delivered to clients are for their internal use only.

5. Limitation of Liability

Diamnova's services are advisory in nature. Diamnova provides independent evaluations and recommendations based on information provided by clients and does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Diamnova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website.

6. Confidentiality

Diamnova treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Information provided during assessments, audits or advisory engagements will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Use Cases and Testimonials

Illustrative use cases and testimonials published on the Diamnova website are anonymized examples. They do not identify specific clients or organizations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
